Our new center has 21 feet high ceiling and the grand ballroom area is 5000 sq ft.
Good to hold 300 people event. There are several smaller rooms around 500 sq ft.

1) Small individual dance rooms
Dance studio 500 sq ft- $30/hr Dance studio 1000 sq ft - $50/hr
2) 6000 sq ft Hall with portable stage - $250/hour Special holidays extra Renting the grand ballroom requires minimun of 3 hours rental. The Grand ballroom can be partitioned into 2 ballrooms and a stage area. Renting for part of the grand ballroom can be negotiated. Rental time includes set up and clean up time. 3) Karaoke systems, lighting and DJ services: $300 per event. 4) Catering at our center requires $100 clean up fee.Limited time slots: Saturdays, 5 PM to 12 AM and Sundays, 3 PM to 12 AM The hall is ideal for recitals, seminars, parties, arts exhibits, etc Our rental cost can be negotiated according to your event revenue level.
